Release Notes

4.0.224

2/23/2007

Fixes an issue when the OAI stream is slow; some ACD groups were not being monitored. The OAI stream may be experiance slowness when the Unifier/Gateway where the nodes were coming up and going down frequently during a system reset.

4.0.223

10/16/2006

This version fixes an issue introduced in build 222 that if agent A transfers an ACD call to agent B that was busy on a call and agent B didn't answer, then ACD would improperly logout agent B.

4.0.222

9/18/2006

This version fixes 3 separate issue:

1. If agent A transfers an ACD call to agent B that was busy on a call and agent B didn't answer, then ACD would improperly logout agent B. This is fixed by making the transferred call a non-ACD call. ACD manager will not apply the reasonable answer time to the call.

2. Open an action for editing. Click on the "X" in the upper right corner. One or more parameters of that action are changed to blank. Now, clicking on the "X" is the same as clicking on the cancel button.

3. If an agent logs completely out while busy on a call and that agent then logs in again, the agent state would show "Not Ready" instead of Ready. This is fixed by re-synching the agent when it changes from being logged into no groups to logged into at least one group.

4.0.221

8/10/2006
Made change to allow multiple "Missed Call" trigger/action pairs to operate. Formerly, only the first trigger+action would work. We had 3 actions setup with variables %B and %M that were triggered when agent missed a call. These actions were all performed successfully: log agent out, send E-mail, and log to file.

4.0.220

11/28/2005
Fixes a problem where the Level2 connection to the Axxess was resetting when querying for the ACD groups. Specific problem with Axxess switch (Version 4.4). Prior to 5.0, the _QL command was silently ignored, however, Level2 was expecting a response from the _QL command, so after 180 second, it timed-out the response to the _QL command (because it never arrived), and then reset the OAI connection. Now the _QL command is not used for switch versions below 5.0. It will dump the following message to the log file in this case: "Cannot Query Hunt Group Descriptions Due to Older Axxess Switch Version (Ver=4.4, Needs to be 5.0 or Later)"

4.0.219

8/4/2005
Corrects a problem with the % D variable (DNIS) not always being logged correctly.

4.0.218

3/17/2005

Use the _QX command to query hunt groups instead of the _QL command. Corrects a problem which causes ACD to not be able to start monitoring some ACD groups. Also queries the phone switch and will only use _QX with Axxess 5.1 and above.

4.0.217

2/4/2004
Original Group Tracking -- Added Extra Info Fields so user applications (Net Phone) could see which queue originally handled the call, in addition to the queue that presented the call to the agent.
Agent Utilization -- Changed Agent Utilization computation to a maximum of 10,000% instead of 1000%. This allows very heavily loaded sites to use the Utilization thresholds when the agents are legitimately loaded over 1000% of capacity.
ACD Agent Info -- Corrects a problem where calls transferred to a queue with an available agent did not have the Agent Extension and Agent Name fields attached in Extra Info.

DND Status Tracking -- Fixes a problem with DND status that can occur when agents log in using an Agent ID that is the same as the Extension Number of the device they use.
