4.0.208 4/28/2005 -- Fixed the DID/DNIS variable (%R) so it will have the correct information.
4.0.207 4/28/2005 -- Corrected a problem with the clearing state of a call. Increased the time so Voice Assistant could complete the updating of the WXT information.
4.0.206 5/5/2004 -- Added new application variables to provide more call information to the recording script, improving Replay performance.
Corrected a problem where commas (,) in Agent Names could cause incomplete name data in recordings.
Added optimizations to improve performance under heavy traffic loads, and increased the maximum number of active OAI monitors.
Added support for OAISYS Replay. Replay provides the user a tool to search and sort the recording information in a central location. This option requires additional setup and configuration. See the ACR Application Notes and Knowledge Base articles for more information.
