Tracer Online Certification Presentations

To receive your official OAISYS Tracer Certification, you must download this questionnaire/instruction sheet and answer each section's questions from the information presented in the corresponding videos.

Each link will be a zip file that contains a high quality AVI file. Unzip the file to your local machine to review the material.

  Install Session This session will describe how to install and begin
configuring the Tracer system.

 

Admin - Setting up and Configuring Tracer
  Admin Session 1 This session will introduce various locations where one
can check to make sure that the system is running reliably.
Backup and Archive settings will also be programmed in this session.
  Admin Session 2 This session will focus on configuring Call Recording
Triggers, Alarms, and After Call Actions.

and assigning those users the exact permissions that you
want for them to have in the system..

User - Using the features of Tracer
  End User Session 1 This session focuses on the proper use of Web Replay and
Live Call Monitor.
  End User Session 2 This session focuses on the proper use of Employee
Evaluations and Reporter.
