4.0.84 6/27/2007 - Fix Toshiba systems: Under certain large call volumes a call may clear a VA port running a script and transfers the call to the ACD group and at the same time the ACD may send a transfer request. When this happened the transfers canceled each other out causing the call to drop.
4.0.83 11/1/2006 -Fix: A script could fail to answer a call because an old call is stuck recalling the Voice Assistant port. This improvement will force an "off-hook" followed by an "on-hook" to attempt to clear the call that is recalling the VA port when the answers fails. Note: This is especially important for CO lines without answer supervision.
4.0.82 8/16 /2006 - Added support for Malay and Mandarin Language. In order to use Malay language system prompt, set the LANGUAGE variable in the script to B. To use Mandarin language, set the LANGUAGE variable in the script to M.
